DBT Female Eenclosure 

DBT Pregnancy Tracking aims to develop mindfulness skills to reduce pain, tension and stress, increase the feeling of well-being and improving physical health, les relationships  and distress tolerance.

Distress tolerance is about learning how to overcome crises and accept the reality that you cannot change. 

Finally, emotional regulation skills aim to reduce emotional suffering, work on the ability to understand one's own emotions and reduce  vulnerability to emotional suffering.
